Magadlena’s extensive experience and knowledge on all things Marketing start with her completion of her BBA in Marketing and Management at Kozminski University, Poland, and her MA with distinction in International Marketing and Business Management at the University of Bradford, UK. With 15 years background working as a digital marketing manager for CGB, Minty Group, and Regalix, before advancing towards digital marketing and loyalty program manager for SuperPharma Poland. With responsibilities including: creation and implementation of marketing strategies, building consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints, and building coops with influencers on platforms such as Clubhouse, where she also found and grew a passion and in-depth understanding of all things crypto.

While completing his BC with a specialization in finance and business analytics at Monash University, Australia, David developed a heavy passion for all things crypto, and its implementation into the traditional financial world. Additionally, with a burning love for Volleyball, he has created and continued to run the largest recreational volleyball club in Melbourne, VFUM, responsible for all things financial and day-to-day operations. He focused on developing long-term investor relations with his clients. In the last two years, prior to joining Terra Land, Jarek worked together with the corporate sector, responsible for preparing financial offers for investment projects. He was also tasked with preparing various financial solutions for enterprises.
